Analysis of the Interaction Development between Industrial Clusters and Logistics Parks

摘要：

This paper analyzes the interaction mechanism of industrial clusters and logistics parks based on the analysis of industrial clusters needs for logistics. On the basis of the different forms of organizations of logistic transactions between two sides, it raises two interaction patterns-contract-based pattern and alliance-based pattern. These two patterns characteristics and their advantages and disadvantages have been analyzed respectively.
