A Research on the basic Issues of the Vehicle Quality Chain Management

摘要：

Under the global economy and global manufacturing system running conditions, the formation process of automotive quality has exceeded the limits of a single enterprise, but extends to the corporate group. The traditional quality management has not been able to meet demand, and the quality chain management within many organizations and elements, will be the basic characteristics and trends in modern quality management. Facing these problems, this article combines the quality chain with the condition of vehicle, puts forward the concept of the Vehicle Quality Chain Management, and discuss some basic issues about the organization form, principle of decision-making and action, job content and methods of the Vehicle Quality Chain Management.
