Research on the Evaluation of Influencing Factors of Knowledge Management in Law Firm

摘要：

This paper firstly analyzed the performance evaluation index elements of law firms knowledge management, then established a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the performance evaluation of law firms knowledge management. Application examples indicated that this model overcome the defects of qualitative evaluation, whose subjectivity was too strong, and possessed good rationality and validity, thus it made a practical tool to evaluate law firms knowledge management performance.
