A Study of Power Plant Construction Project Postevaluation System based on the Future Orientation
Power Plant Construction project plays a very important role in ensuring the national economic and social development, promoting industrial structure adjustment and optimizing the allocation of resources, while post project evaluation is a vital sector and link as well to test whether Power Plant projects achieve the construction goal and benefit effect. Through analyzing and research the existent problems in evaluation process, contents and methods of post project evaluation, combing a case to illustrate the application and advantages of the process, this article provides a evaluation system that based on the future orientation. This system, not only offers support of methodology for improvement of built projects, also can provide a reference during feasibility study and implementation process of new projects.
