Multi-project Management Based on the Critical Chain

摘要：

This paper mainly analyzes the difference of the application of the critical chain in single-project environment and multi-project environment, studies the critical chain method in the multi-project environment based on the priority of working procedure and validates the method through the two project scheduling cases.
