Exploring New Trends of University Libraries by SPSS Cluster Analysis Method-Take Wuhan University of Technology as an Example

摘要：

Based on the relevant data of book-lending about the library of Wuhan University of Technology in 2007, the paper analyzed the distribution of the collection resources of the library. Furthermore, by the adoption of SPSS cluster analysis method, the paper also probed into readers intentions, the proportion of each classification for borrowing, the changes of the structure of the library collections, etc. At last, the paper predicted new trends for different readership classifications.
