The Comparative Research of the Land Rent between England and China

摘要：

For quantification of the forms of land rent, the land Rental, and the land Rental Rate, between China and England from 13th to 18th century. The forms of lend rent in Ming and Qing Dynasty; mainly exist by renting in kind. The land rental and the Rental Rate on one mu is higher than England greatly, Consequently Industrial structure in China is inferior to England, which is being Lower stage and developing; The degree of Monetary Economy and labor productivity is lower than England, which mainly lead to differences above.
