Study on Measures and the Internal Factors of Investment Risk of Staff Training in Commercial banks Based on the SD Model
How to control training investment risk in commercial banks is a system problem, which involves the internal and external factors of commercial banks. The study starts from the internal factors, and we try to find out the relationship among the number of staff in commercial banks, commercial bank efficiency, human capital, training inputs, the proportion of staff structure and training satisfaction factor within SD model of the system dynamics and then put forward the management measures.
