Research on the Transmission Mechanism of Enterprises Financial Risk

摘要：

This paper defines concepts of financial risk and financial risk transmission, analyzes risk source, risk flows, risk carriers and risk thresholds of enterprises financial risk transmission. Then this paper analyzes the transmission pathway of enterprise financial risk from three aspects of capital chain, business process chain and value chain, which is a theoretical foundation of prevention and control of enterprises financial risk.
