Study on the Typical Patterns and Characteristics for Cooperation Innovation

摘要：

Cooperation innovation is that independent economic behavior as the main part carries on innovative activities to accomplish contract agreement, in the different stages, based on their own advantages investing their resources , according to the contract apportion innovation risk and distributing innovation earnings. The paper discusses the connotation and significance of the cooperation innovation and puts forward several typical cooperation innovation mode that is virtual enterprise, industry consortia, special cooperation and platform cooperation mode. At last, the paper analyzes the characteristics of all kinds of cooperation mode and use scope.
