Study on the inter-organization collaboration motivation based on the Resources, Strategy and Ability

摘要：

Inter-organization refers to an organization formed last trading, interactive and contact with one or many organizations in certain conditions. This paper researches the motive of inter-organization cooperation from three perspectives system of resources, strategy and ability. The main motivation of resources is to realize resources sharing, complementary, save, optimization and cultivation. Strategic perspective is mainly in order to obtain the long-term strategic interests and to avoid uncertainty risk. Ability perspective is mainly in order to enhance the research and development ability and learning ability to cooperate.
