An Evaluation Model of R & D Personnels Innovation Capability Based on the AHP-Cloud Model
To assess R & D personnels innovative capability, this paper starts with the fundation of an evaluation index system. Then, the paper constructs a new evaluation method based on AHP and Cloud model which can overcome the contradiction of evaluation criterions between qualitative and quantitative indexes. Finally, the evaluation model was verified by a numerical example. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for enterprises to improve their innovation management and human resource management.
