Evaluation and Empirical Analysis of Environmental Protection Industry Competitiveness in Heilongjiang Province Based on the Variation Coefficient Method

摘要：

This paper from the economic production competitiveness, technology innovation competitiveness, and environmental governance competitiveness three aspects of analysis. According to the survey data of environmental protection and related industries in Heilongjiang province, using variation coefficient method to analysis and evaluated the environmental protection industry competitiveness of twelve cities of Heilongjiang province. The empirical results show that more competitive city of environmental protection industry which its competitiveness of economic production, technology innovation and environmental governance is also relatively strong.
