Research on the Innovative Enterprise Knowledge Management based on Maturity Model

摘要：

Based on the basic concept of Innovative Enterprise Knowledge Management(IEKM), and its structural dimension of knowledge innovation, assimilation, application and protection, this paper builds a fourdimensional model of the innovative enterprise knowledge management maturity. By questionnaire survey and the analytic hierarchy process, this paper obtains the maturity of innovative enterprises and proposes the skip-level path of IEKMs maturity.
