The Research on Commercial Banks Product Innovations

Xn recent years, affected by the product innovations from foreign Commercial Banks and the needs of financial reforms and developments, Chinas Commercial Banks make their dominant positions in the financial sectors. The traditional functions increasingly consolidate because they actively participate in the financial product innovation activities. This research introduces the product innovations in three parts: First, introduce the gencral ideas on Commercial Ranks product innovations; Second, introduce the direction of commercial bank product innovation, this part introduce in aspects of preference, interactions of products, efficiency, advantages, model; Last, introduce the key points on commercial banking product innovation, this part introduce in aspects of asset, debt, the intermediary business. Then we draw a conclusion: Commercial Banks must set up the flexible management idea and take the market as the guidance. According to the demand of the inherent regularity, create demand and guide demand.
