Plasma characteristics of Optical Glass by Nanosecond Pulsed Laser Ablation
In this paper, the characteristics of the nanosecond laser-induced plasma emission spectra on glass were studied. The K8 glass was ablated by the nanosecond laser. The spectroscopy intensity, the time-and space-resolved electron temperature and electron density were analyzed, obtaining the evolution pattern with time delay and the spatial distribution with distance to the target surface of the spectroscopy intensity, electron temperature and electron density respectively; and the corresponding explanation was given.
