THE QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH EVALUATION SYSTEM ABOUT IN-NOVATIVE CITY-BUILDING

摘要：

In this article, we built evaluation objec-tive indicator system about innovative city-building activities from five aspects, the inno-vation subject, innovation resources, innova-tion system, innovation environ-ment, innovation performance , selecting the corresponding data of the 31 provinces and mu-nicipalities in China, using Spss 16.0, quanti-tative analysising the Index system of city building inspection. The re-sults obtained five factors, the comprehen-sive top-ranking of innovative city-building mainly located in the eastern coastal region, while the Ranking of central and western regions is on the list as following.
