RESEARCRESEARCH ON CHARACTERISTICS, INFLUENTIAL FACTORS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF NEW GENERATION PEASANT-WORKERS GOING BACK TO HOMETOWN FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Supporting migrant workers going back to hometown to start business is a strategic measure in the context of new economy that coordinates the regional economic development and effectively solves the problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Besides, it is the major issue that receives the earnest concern of governments and theorists and is urgent to be solved in post-crisis era. Based on the surveys and interviews of existed and potential entrepreneurs in the sixteen provinces of coastal and interior area, and with the preliminary analysis of realistic characteristics and influential factors about “new generation migrant workers① going back to hometown for entrepreneurship，this paper presents countermeasures and suggestions to push new generation migrant workers going back to hometown to start business forward powerfully.
