A Study on Intellectual Capital – driven Mechanism of Growth in Technology-Based New Ventures
Among the factors that promote technology-based new ventures (TBNVs) to grow，the role of intellectual capital has drawn peoples attention. Based on the definition of the technological entrepreneurship，intellectual capital and their relationship，this paper builds up the intellectual capital-driven growth model of technical entrepreneurial enterprise and analyzes the interactive mechanism between intellectual capital and technology entrepreneurs，in order to seek the source that makes business grow fast，thus offers the theoretical foundation for Enterprise to manage its intellectual capital effectively.
