Development Trends of Evaluation Research on Service Innovation
Service Innovation has become a new popular area in innovation research during the last couple of decades while how to evaluate service innovation in general and in specific remains an important aspect of the research on service innovation. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the recent research outcomes on service innovation evaluation both from China and from the rest of the world. It is focused on the construction of evaluation index system and how the data was investigated by those researchers. The development trends of evaluation research on service innovation are therefore derived.
