STUDY ON OPTIMAL PATH OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ENVIRONMENT FOR FARMERS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF GOVERNMENT -TAKE ZHEJIANG PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE
A suitable entrepreneurial environment has significant effects on the occurrence of entrepreneurial behavior. Based on the survey of farmer entrepreneurship environment in Zhejiang Province and other related first-hand information, this paper analyses the condition and existed problems of entrepreneurial environment from the perspective of government and proposes optimal path on that basis. By deepening the knowledge of governments at all levels on environmental requirement characteristics and existed problems of farmer entrepreneurs for entrepreneurship, this paper aims to find a series of handles to optimize business environment and push farmers to start business.
