A KTAP Framework of DNA Damage Repair Mechanism Under Ion Radiation (IR)Perturbation
In order to illustrate the cellular self-defense mechanisms in response to acute perturbations from outer environment,a mathematical model of DNA damage repair kinetics is proposed based on the method of Kinetic Theory of Active Particles (KTAP).Under acute Ion Radiation (IR),the complex interactions between the molecular pairs of DNA damage, repair mRNA,repair protein (RP),and double-strand breaks complex (DSBC)are represent by using mathematical framework of KTAP.The kinetics of DNA damage and RP generation,DSBC synthesis are implemented, and then the cellular self-repair capability and genome stability are analyzed in response to external perturbation furthermore.
