Reduced-order Observer for Discrete Systems with Noises,Delayed Controls and Outputs

This article researches the observer design approaches for discrete systems with noises,delayed controls and outputs. An approach to delay-free transformation and a novel observer are presented.First,a discrete system with delays and noises is transformed into a delay-free system in form.Based on the transformed system,a novel reduced-order state observer is proposed for the original system with noises,control delays and outputs delays.Simulation example demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the delay-free transformation and observer design approaches.
