A Stable Fault Detection Observer Design
This paper addresses the problem of the stable fault detection observer design by using worst-case fault sensitivity, the H index.By introducing several slack variables,new stable conditions and new H index fault sensitivity conditions are derived to develop a direct LMI optimizing algorithm.By constraining the slack variable matrices,we obtain a new design approach to designing stable fault detection observer in the form of LMIs,which avoid iterative LMI algorithm.The effectiveness of proposed approaches is demonstrated by numerical examples.
