Active Fault-tolerant Control for Networked Control Systems with Data Packet Dropout via Predictive Control

A constrainted active model predictive fault-tolerant control strategy against actuator faults for networked control systems with data packet dropout is proposed in this paper.Let N (control horizon)step ahead predictive trace as one unit then the networked control system is regarded as a switch system,a buffer is designed to reserve the prdicted control sequence at the actuator node.When the packet is dropouted,the actuator can choose corresponding control signal.It is shown that the closed-loop networked predictive control system with actuator faults and packet dropout is stabilizable if the corresponding switched system is stabilizable.Finally,simulations are performed to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
