Measure the Rotating Error of the Ultra-precision Spindle by the Method of Reversing the Measurement Single-point Based on the Standard Ball

This paper studies on a new method of reversing the measurement point based on the standard ball for the rotating error of the Ultra-Precision spindle and separates every error from the experiment data. Extended abstract 1. Theory and Experiment The standard ball as measuring tool for single-point reversing measurement is investigated. Measuring principle is shown in Figure 1. Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of experiment test set. First, the standard ball is placed in the measured spindle.
