Research of Small-sized Absolute Photoelectric Encoder for Space Camera

In order to measure the offset of space camera focal plane, a small 14-bit absolute photoelectric encoder is designed, which can ensure accuracy of measurement. It has passed through every experiment according to the requirement. 1. The Main Structure The photoelectric encoder can be divided into two parts, Optical-mechanical Structure and electronics processing system. And Optical-mechanical Structure mainly includes shafting, grating pair, photovoltaic conversion, and several other parts.
