Investigation of Threshold Gain in GaN-Based 2D Photonic Crystal Surface Emitting Lasers

摘要：

In this report, we simulated the threshold gain, resonant mode frequencies by Multiple Scattering Method and fabricated different boundary condition of GaN-based two-dimensional photonic crystal surface emitting lasers.
