Functional Requirement and Realization of Regional Smart Grid Energy Management System

摘要：

From the requirement of satisfying regional monitoring and scheduling management under the characteristics of the regional grid and the connotation of intelligent grid as well as regulation and control integration management,power quality on-line monitoring of EMS in regional intelligent grid and optimized operation setting checking conditions of arc-suppression coil are discussed in this paper. Load forecast data sources and functional requirements of SCADA picture for engineering design and realization method are provided in this paper.
