Study of EMS Statements production and Dispatcher Simulation Training for Regional Smart Grid

摘要：

From the characteristics in regional grid,the connotation of smart grid and the change of regulation and control integrated management after meeting the requirement of operating monitoring and scheduling management in regional smart grid,statements production of EMS and simulation training of dispatcher in the region smart grid were discussed in this paper.
