Dust-control Ventilation System of NSP Cement Kiln Head

Along with our country of environmental protection and energy saving further requirements,NSP will gradually replacing other processes.According to the present situation of cement kiln head soot investigation,Based on domestic and international environmental protection request,use the 3d model chart of kiln head physical modeling.Through the physical model of numerical calculation,convulsions force and its effect by negative pressure forms contrast and granule in airflow state of research,draw in negative pressure chamber on cylinder open round hole and fan connected can make suction effect and efficiency of the optimal choice fan.And in three basic law of conservation of theoretical basis,the fluid flow was researched.The actual numerical calculation and analysis,making the kiln head smoke is effectively controlled.
