Investigate the Integration and Innovation of Decorative Techniques in Islamic Architectural Design and Modern Costume Design

摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to research the decorative techniques in Islamic architectural design，and in vestigate how to represent different decorative techniques in modern costume design.Based on the researches and analy ses on Islamic architectural arts，our work explored four main decorative techniques in Islamic architectural design，and then outlined the components(form，color，texture，and pattern)and production methods，summarized the decorative beauty.Then our work tried to use the architectural decorative techniques in modem costume design.The results suggest that the representation of Islamic architectural decorative elements in fashion design shows some practical value of inno vation as well as exotic flavors.
