Research on Technological System of Apparel Mass Customization for Environmental Protection
Based on the idea of environmental protection，the concept of mass customization Was elaborated.Three major technology systems of mass customization were pointed out，which were the information system for customer demand，the resource system for costume design and the process information system.The process of information collection,collation,analysis，induction and recycling among the technological systems of apparel mass customization was explained in detail.The accomplishing method of mass customization Was indicated.And the research concerning information conversion technology found on the platform of product data management among each system was studied. Meantime，the paper focused on the significance of modernized information technology and bear out the feasibility of apparel mass customization in reducing the negative impact on human body and natural environment to minimum at the stages from fabric development，production design， warehousing and logistic，terminal consumers to waste disposal by the use of advanced processing equipment and technology.In the end，some advisable future directions were put forward for clothing enterprises.
