摘要：

Although the nationality and traditionalism of the costumes as a kind of culture are becoming unclear, in the modern costume design, the nationality and traditionalism do not disappear, but increase in a way. The modern costume design needs the shape of modern costumes to perform the meaning of traditional costumes, and the meaning of traditional costumes to fulfill the shape of modem costumes, to achieve the integration of global and local, traditional and modern, the unification of inheritance and creation.
