CFD Analysis of Effects of Import Size on Patterns of Inner Airflow Field of Fiber Conveyor

Disc swirl spinning is a kind of low carbon spinning method. The fiber conveyor is a key component of disc swirl spinning, which transfers and separates fibers with airflow. The structure of the fiber conveyor affects the tenacity and evenness of yarn, and the study on the structure of the fiber conveyor has reasonable theoretical value and practical meaning. The airflow field of the fiber conveyor on the disc swirl spinning machine was studied by the code of CFD, and the effects of the import size on the patterns of inner airflow field were analyzed, which will support the experimental study in the future.
