Scouring and Dyeing of Knits in One Bath

摘要：

One -bath scouring and dyeing process with new agent DE — 301 was carried out on cotton and cotton/polyester knits, and was compared with traditional scouring, bleaching and dyeing process. Results showed that properties of fabric dyed with one -bath scouring and dyeing process wore the same as those of traditional process. As pretreat-ment process was finished in dyeing process, one -bath scouring and dyeing process could shorten the process, reduce energy consumption and cost as well as increase productivity.
