Mystery Shopper Evaluation to Improve Fashion Retail Service
Mystery Shopping is a new kind of research method for self-evaluation and management improving. As a fashion retail brand, in order to improve the service standards and improve customer satisfaction, the Mystery Shopping evaluation had been carried into execution. The salesperson had been evaluated. The evaluation results have been analyzed. Salesperson techniques had been taken as the most shortage. According to the evaluation result, three responses had been acted.
