Study on the common species and seasonal variation of Microcystis in Taihu lake
According to the results of Microcystis monitoring, which collected from 25 sites once a month during Apr. 2010 to Mar. 2011, there are 8 common species and seasonal variation of Microcystis in the Taihu lake. On the basis of their taxonomic character, the reorganize retrieval table can be reorganized like that. The dominant specie was M. flos-aquae in spring, M. wesenbergii in summer, M. ichthyobabe at the end of summer and the beginning of autumn, M. aeruginaosa in autumn, and M. flos-aquae in winter. Species diversity is better in summer and autumn , which is 7 and 8 respectively. However, it is worse in winter and spring, which decreased to 1 and 2 respectively.
