The Construction of the Algal Genomics and Metagenomics Database of China (AGMDC)

摘要：

The Algal Genomics and Metagenomics Database of China (AGMDC) is constructed as a public web resource which provides two types of bioinformatics data about algae in China. The genomics part contains the sequence and annotation data of complete genomes of Chinese algae species especially cyanobacteria which currently include Microcystis aeruginosa Taihu98. The Metagenomics part of AGMDC involves bacterial communities metagenomics information associated with algae from Chinese lakes.
