Extraction of Resveratrol from Wild Blueberry (Vaccinium uliginosum L)

Resveratrol was extracted from wild blueberry (Vaccinium uliginosum L) and purified. Ethanol was selected as the optimal extraction reagent. Ratio of materials to the reagent,extraction time and temperature had significant effects on the extraction percentage. Optimization extraction conditions were obtained by 2 order regression orthogonal experiment,the conditions were as follows,extraction temperature 35 C,ratio of materials to ethonal 1:15,extraction time 2h,extraction for only once,extraction rate was about 88%.
