Thomas Constraint in Currency Substitution

摘要：

It is very easy to occur currency substitution under the conditions of capital account liberalization. Based on the Thomass model, this paper studies the various modes of three terms including domestic currency, foreign currency and bonds denominated by domestic currency. There are four cases of Thomas constraint under capital account liberalization.
