The Optimal Selecting and Sequencing of Missed Approach Procedure Design’ Scheme Based on Uncertainty Multi-attribute Decision-Making
The optimal selection of missed approach procedure design’ (MAPD) scheme is directly related to flight safety, air traffic flow management, and efficient use of aerodrome‘s airspace. In practice, the optimal selection of MAPDs scheme is usually made by professional persons based on their knowledge and experience, which in most cases is biased and probably not optimal and might be the worst selection. To make an unbiased optimal selection with low human interference, we propose an evaluation method which is based on internal number TOPSIS. This method can unbiased make an optimal selection with low human interference. We gave detailed information of this method include the evaluation index system, index calibration to determine and establish interval and the TOPSIS method evaluation model for solving the mathematical model to find optimal solutions. Finally, we give an example shows the feasibility of Interval number TOPSIS method.
