Constructing a dynamic feedback archetype of College -graduate village official policy and study on Management policy
In this paper, the strategic significance of the implementation of college -graduate village official policy combining research with literature arrangement was proved. By means of the profound analysis of the present situation of the implementation of college -graduate village official policy, the factors are revealed, namely, blurred identity recognition, the cognitive deviation of ones own roles, being difficult to adjust to the environment and the lack of the farmers’ participation.
