The Literature Review of the Service Quality Study

During late the seventies of the 20th century with the development of service marketing and management, service quality is becoming the focus.This paper firstly analyzes research abroad and discusses the definition of service quality,service quality dimensions and measurement of service quality. Secondly,we clarify domestic research from composition and measurement of service quality. Last, we get the lack of service quality research through the comparions between home and abroad.
