Analysis of Systems Archetypes and System Dynamics Solution to Rural Labor Transfer

Chinese San-Nong issue has existed a long time. It is effective to develop agriculture, better peasants’ condition and promote rural economy by speeding up the countryside surplus labor force shift. It is important for overall development of Chinas urban and rural areas to transfer rural labor force. Analyzing the relevant factors of labor force, and using direct archetypes generation method, we are to get five growth limit archetypes about motivation, ability, economic, environment and system, which affect rural labor transfer. Correspondly, we get the four management policies. In order to study the number of transfer, the paper is aimed to introduce two population migration models, and get the theory solution to the Keyfitz model and the Rogers model.
