The new perspective to promote subjective well-being of business managers under crisis
Through an analysis of historical documents and previous research, the author established the scale of Confucian value of happiness and took 198 Taiwanese managers as the sample to explore the relationship among Confucian value of happiness, subjective well-being and job satisfaction. The results showed that: (1) Confucian value of happiness significantly affects job satisfaction and subjective well-being; (2) job satisfaction plays some intermediary role in the influence of Confucian value of happiness on subjective well-being; (3) the results of structural equation model showed that Confucian value of happiness can enhance subjective well-being and job satisfaction of Taiwanese managers.
