The Mechanism for the Influence of Innovative Emotion and Trust on User Behavior
there has been a growing interest in examining the factors that support or hinder the User Innovation Behavior. Drawing on Social Cognitive Theory (SCT), the paper sheds light on the mechanism for the influence of Innovative Emotion and trust on User Innovative Behavior, from both personal and environmental perspectives. The result of the research shows that, Innovative emotion has a direct and indirect effect on User Innovative Behavior, and plays a critical role in guiding the individual behavior. At the same time, the paper has researched the trust evolution mechanism, and the direct effect of identity-based trust on Innovative Emotion and User Innovative Behavior. The research finds that Trust has a positive influence on Innovative Emotion and User Innovative Behavior. In the end, the paper discussed the theoretical and practical value of our research.
