Analysis on Influencing Factors of Production Capacity of Wheat in Heilongjiang Province

摘要：

In recent years on the background of finance crisis, large fluctuation of international foodstuff price and frequent natural disaster, our country put foodstuff security at an important location. Heilongjiang province as our nations vital foodstuff producing area, put forward the plan of fifty billion kilos of foodstuff in 2008.This program looked toward Heilongjiangs status in all countrys marketable grain depot and finally supported consistent foundation for our countrys foodstuff security. This paper empirically analyses the primary influencing factors of production capacity of Wheat in Heilongjiang. At last, it gives suggestions for improving Heilongjiangs Wheat of production capacity and realizing the project of fifty billion kilos foodstuff.
