This paper analyzes Beijings two leading creative industries, Publishing Industry and the Radio, Film and Television Industry applying spillover theory and Swann growth and entry models. We find that knowledge spillovers promote incumbent enterprises to grow and new companies to enter, and causes positive feedback effect, and generates cluster. We still find that companies in Radio, Film and Television Industry grow faster whereas the Publishing Industry attracts more new enterprises to enter, thereby providing a positive feedback for the cluster.
