Research on the relationship between Big Five Personality, Organizational Justice and Contextual Performance
Contextual performance is autonomous acts under personal control to a large extend. It has more relations with personal traits, but personal traits cannot predict contextual performance completely. Some factors related with job characteristics (such as job satisfaction, organization commitment) affect personal traits. As an important implement of working situation, organizational justice has influenced on these factors and correlated with contextual performance. Based on the formerly literature, this paper analyses the relationship of Big Five personality, organizational justice and contextual performance theoretical, and build the corresponding model.
